Wow, I just realized that I haven't posted in a loooooong time. The good news is that I've been busy working with a lot of refinances as well as some purchases. Also, I just attended an all-day class from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. This was a great class and I learned a lot about financing for first-time home buyers of low to moderate means. There's a bunch to say about that, so stay tuned for a full post just about that!
